At the conference, leaders and staff of the Inspection Committees of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces discussed and assessed the current status of the organization and staff; agreed on the expected organizational structure, functions and tasks of the new Inspection Committee agencies after the merger.
The Inspection Committees of the two provinces also agreed on the criteria for arranging department-level leaders and appropriate job positions, and expected the number of cadres, civil servants and workers to move to Tuyen Quang to work and the number to continue working in Ha Giang.
This will be the basis for advising the province to meet to consider and arrange accommodation, ensure favorable working conditions, and avoid work interruptions after the merger.
According to the plan, after merging the two agencies of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission into the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, it is expected to have 1 office and 3 professional departments.
