Through 3 policies with cadres when streamlining the apparatus

Three important Decrees on policies for officials who quit their jobs and policies for officials and civil servants affected by the streamlining of the apparatus have just been approved by the Government.

This afternoon (December 31), the Ministry of Home Affairs held a press conference to announce and provide information about 3 Decrees that were just approved by the Government during the day.

Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Truong Hai Long and Chief of Office and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Home Affairs Vu Dang Minh chaired the press conference.

According to Mr. Truong Hai Long, in the past time, the Ministry of Home Affairs has simultaneously deployed and built a series of Decrees in accordance with the direction of the Politburo.

"Today, the policies have been approved and issued by the Government. On December 31, 2024, the Ministry of Home Affairs completed the assigned tasks," said Deputy Minister Truong Hai Long.

3 Decrees include:

Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 stipulates the regime and policies for cases of non-re-election, re-appointment and cadres who resign or retire at will;

Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the organizational arrangement of the political system.

Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 stipulating policies to attract and employ talented people to work in agencies, organizations and units of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Truong Hai Long assessed that Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP received a lot of attention from cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
