At the meeting, the working delegation approved the draft report on the inspection results to the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee on the leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of a number of key tasks in 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
The draft assessment report shows that Tuyen Quang province has achieved many positive results in building and perfecting the legal system, promptly concretizing the direction of the Central Government, creating a legal foundation for administrative reform and socio-economic development.
Investment attraction, industrial, service and high-tech agricultural development are being promoted, contributing to the target of GRDP growth of over 8%. Many key transport projects have been implemented, creating momentum for socio-economic development.
Administrative procedure reform has many positive changes, especially the development of online public services, shortening the time to process investment procedures.
In addition, the draft report also pointed out some limitations in Tuyen Quang province such as the application of science, technology and innovation has not created a breakthrough, and has not mastered strategic technology.
Senior General Trinh Van Quyet said that the Inspection Team highly appreciated the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee in implementing the Central's Directive Resolutions and Conclusions. In leadership, direction, and management, there is high political determination, drastic action, focus, and key points.
Regarding the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet suggested that restructuring and improving the quality of the cadre team is an important goal, strengthening propaganda work to raise awareness of cadres, party members and people in the process of organizing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus.
For the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW, Tuyen Quang province needs to focus on applying science and technology, digital transformation, paying attention to infrastructure to meet requirements, and at the same time promoting database synchronization.
In addition, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet also gave his opinion on the implementation of Directive 35,CT/TW, implementing Conclusion 123-KL/TW in Tuyen Quang province.
