Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, said that Nhan Dan Newspaper is currently in the top 20 central press agencies with excellent digital transformation.

In the context of strong development of digital media, cooperation between Nhan Dan Newspaper and prestigious partners in the field of state management, the field of media and technology plays an important role in communicating the policies of the Party and State as well as expanding the spread and connection to contribute to creating practical values for the community.
In 2025, the entire political system of our country will hold Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. This is not only a large and extensive political activity in the entire Party and people, but also a premise for successfully organizing the 14th National Congress of the Party.
In order to prepare for this important event, implementing the direction of General Secretary To Lam, at the request of the Central Propaganda Department and the Central Mobilization, the People's Newspaper coordinated with the C06 Department, the Ministry of Public Security to bring the People's Newspaper's news, articles and columns to VNEID application, serving the propaganda of the Party's guidelines, guidelines and policies to the people to the people.

At the signing ceremony, Colonel Ngo Nhu Cuong, Deputy Director of C06, Ministry of Public Security, said that in recent times, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order has deployed many utilities on VNeID to serve people and businesses, taking people and businesses as the center such as: Issuing judicial records, electronic health books, completing first-time vehicle registration, integrating marital status, vehicle registration, electronic driver's license; Integrating bank utilities, e-wallets, digital signatures, ... thereby simplifying administrative procedures, creating favorable conditions for people to conduct transactions and procedures.
At the same time, for applications and utilities in service of digital conversion in the Party agencies, implementing the direction of the Secretariat, the Ministry of Public Security is tasked with building a number of software, applications and utilities for the XIV Party Congress. Currently, the Police Department of Administrative Management and Social Order has built and perfected the software monitoring software process of the Party Congress at all levels, unifying the professional process with the Central Organizing Committee to officially deploy to Unit 44,903 units organizing the Party Congress throughout the country.
Up to now, the Police Department of Administrative Management and Social Order has been ready to coordinate with the People's Newspaper's units to announce the deployment of utilities to bring the People's Newspaper's categories to the VNEID application, contributing to the propagation of the Party's big policy and decision, evaluating and analyzing the data of participants in age, career, education, regions, ethnic groups, etc. providing data for the organization of the organization, the effects executing, directing and implementing large resolutions and policies of the Party.
He suggested that the National Population Data Center closely coordinate with units of Nhan Dan Newspaper to unify the method of exchanging information, data, receiving titles, images, and references of press products, focusing on the contents serving the 14th National Party Congress.
The two sides assessed expanding coordination and propaganda on utilities deployed on VNeID, Project 06, Resolution No. 57/NQ-TW of the Politburo on the development of science and innovation technology to serve national digital transformation.
