Decision to end the activities of 3 provincial-level party committees, including: Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court, Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy.
Along with that is the end of the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc.
Also at the conference, the decision to transfer 13 grassroots party organizations and 205 party members under the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc to the Lao Cai City Party Committee was announced; transferring 48 grassroots party organizations and 4,437 party members under the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc to the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Party Committee from February 15, 2025.
In addition, 3 party organizations and 292 party members under the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc will be transferred to the Bao Thang District Party Committee; 23 party organizations and 637 party members under the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc will be transferred to the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies from February 15, 2025.
At the conference, the decision to establish the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Agencies, the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee was announced; the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Agencies, term I, 2020 - 2025 was decided.

As appointed, Mr. Vu Xuan Cuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lao Cai province - holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province - will hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Trinh Xuan Truong praised the province's advisory agencies, cadres and party members for their active implementation of the policy of streamlining the political system.
