Among the 135 outstanding intellectuals (121 men and 14 women) honored in 2024, there are 51 intellectuals nominated by local Unions of Associations, 54 intellectuals nominated by national associations, 28 intellectuals by the Association Nomination selection committee, 2 intellectuals nominated by the Central Agency of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations.
