On the morning of September 14, in Hanoi, Vietnam News Agency solemnly held a ceremony to receive the Ho Chi Minh Medal and celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) Traditional Day, September 15, 1945 - September 15, 2025.
General Secretary To Lam attended the ceremony. Also attending were Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries: Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia.
Also attending were Politburo members: General Phan Van Giang - Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense; General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security. Also attending the ceremony were leaders and former leaders of the Party and State.
Before starting the ceremony, General Secretary To Lam and Party and State leaders viewed documentary photos of the 80th anniversary of VNA's tradition, visited the traditional room and wrote in the VNA's traditional room.
