    On the morning of November 28, the Party Central Office held a ceremony to award badges for 45 years, 40 years and 30 years of Party membership. General Secretary To Lam attended.

    Attending the ceremony were Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu; former Politburo member, former Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong; Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Party Central Committee Office Nguyen Duy Ngoc; leaders of ministries and branches and Party members awarded the Party Badge.
