The General Secretary noted that in the coming time, the world and regional situation is forecast to continue to have complex and unpredictable developments, but there are also many advantages and opportunities.
The most important thing is to grasp "opportunities and advantages" and overcome "difficulties and challenges" to rise up in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the era of development and prosperity.
Regarding the direction and key tasks in the coming time, the General Secretary emphasized that Binh Duong province must fully prepare and create important momentum to enter the new era with the whole country.
The province must focus on developing and applying science and technology in production, implementing digital transformation, restructuring the economy, green economy, ecological industry; building digital government, digital economy, digital society, digital citizens...; constantly developing the socio-economy, maintaining national defense and security.
The General Secretary requested that the provincial armed forces continue to thoroughly grasp and implement the Party's Resolutions, especially the Resolution on the Strategy for National Defense in the new situation; build all-people national defense, all-people national defense posture associated with people's security posture, and build an increasingly solid provincial defense zone.
