    This morning (November 27), General Secretary To Lam led a Central delegation to visit and chair a working session with the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on the results of Party building, political system building, socio-economic development, national defense and security, and foreign affairs of the city in 2024 and the plan for 2025, period 2025-2030, according to VOV.

    Also attending were Politburo members: Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai.

    Also attending were Party Central Committee Secretary, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Nguyen Duy Ngoc and leaders of a number of central departments, ministries and branches.
