At the conference, the delegates agreed with the key evaluation and activities of culture, literature and art, the military press in the period of 2021-2025, which were implemented by agencies and units in the whole army to implement synchronously, in accordance with the orientation, right goals, requirements and achieving good results, spreading, creating a bold impression in the social life and the spiritual and cultural life of the army.
Cultural and artistic activities have many innovations, abundance and creativity; composing and promoting a large number of literary and artistic works, the quality of content, ideology and art; Cultural institutions at all levels are exploited well and promote efficiency.

At the same time, contributing to strengthening, building and developing foreign defense activities, struggling to protect the Party's ideological foundation, against wrong and hostile views, maintaining the Party's ideological battle in the army.
On this occasion, the Minister of Defense and the Chairman of the General Department of Politics of the People's Army of Vietnam decided to award certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the organization of key activities on culture, literature and art, military press in the period of 2021-2025 and in campaigning and promotion on the topic of armed forces and revolutionary wars in the period of 2021-2025.
