Responsibilities of the Ministry of Public Security and the Inspectorate in restructuring the apparatus

The Prime Minister has directed the implementation of Resolution 190/2025/QH15 on handling a number of issues related to the arrangement of the state apparatus.

On February 27, the Government Office announced that Party Central Committee member and Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long had just signed Official Dispatch No. 20/CD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the implementation of Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15 dated February 19, 2025 of the National Assembly regulating the handling of a number of issues related to the arrangement of the state apparatus.

The Prime Minister requested to urgently and seriously disseminate the contents of Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15 and issue and organize the implementation of the plan to implement Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15 at their ministries, agencies and localities before March 3; send the plan to the Ministry of Home Affairs for monitoring and urging implementation.

Carefully study the contents related to the functions, tasks, and powers of your agency after the restructuring of the apparatus to receive, respond, guide, and answer questions related to the functions, tasks, and powers of your agency when receiving requests and recommendations from individuals and organizations.

The Ministry of Finance is responsible for monitoring and guiding ministries, branches and localities on handling assets, finance and state budget when reorganizing the apparatus, ensuring funding for the implementation of Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is responsible for: Based on reports from ministries and ministerial-level agencies on advising the Government to consider and resolve issues arising when reorganizing the state apparatus under the state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies, synthesizing and submitting to the Government quarterly to report to the National Assembly Standing Committee and report to the National Assembly at the nearest session when issues arise.
