The Central Organizing Committee received the opinions of the Central Executive Committee and advised to complete: Personnel work orientation of the 14th Party Central Executive Committee; Decision of the Central Executive Committee on the Party Election Regulations.
Advice The Politburo considers and decides to supplement the planning of the Central Executive Committee and appraise and approve the planning of the Politburo and Secretariat of the 14th tenure for the 2026-2031 term.
Continue to implement the contents of the 14th Congress Personnel Subcommittee and the Steering Committee for strategic-level personnel planning. Continue to complete the draft Report on Party building work and implementation of the Party Charter to submit to the 14th Party Congress. Advice organizes 2 training courses to update knowledge and skills for cadres planning members of the 14th Party Central Committee.
The organizing committees at all levels advise to perform well the tasks of the subcommittees in preparing and organizing the congress. The process of drafting documents for the Party Congresses at all levels needs to closely follow the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
