Submit to the National Assembly to remove difficulties for projects and land in 3 localities

The draft Resolution on removing difficulties and obstacles with projects and land in the inspection and examination conclusions in 3 localities will be submitted to the National Assembly for comments.

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly has just issued Resolution No. 54/2024/UBTVQH15 adjusting the law and ordinance making program for 2024.

Add to the 2024 law and ordinance making program to submit to the National Assembly for comments and approval at the 8th Session (October 2024) according to the process at one session and according to the shortened order and procedure of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City and Khanh Hoa province.

The Resolution assigns the Government to submit; the Economic Committee of the National Assembly to preside over the examination; the Ethnic Council and other Committees of the National Assembly to participate in examining the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City and Khanh Hoa Province.
