Considering the proposal of the Department of Home Affairs at Official Letter on 4.2.2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed the provincial People's Council to consider and correct some of the following contents:
1. Correct a number of contents in Resolution No. 392/NQ-HDND dated January 17 Nghe province Bac Ninh.
2. Resolution No. 396/NQ-HDND dated January 17, 2025 of the People's Council of Bac Ninh Province, Clause 1, Article 2 stipulates the functions and tasks of the Department of Home Affairs.
Content of correction: Additional phrase "religion".
In Clause 1, Article 3, the provincial People's Committee shall specify the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Health in accordance with the legal regulations.
