Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee appoints personnel to lead 7 newly established departments

HCMC - On the afternoon of February 20, the People's Committee of HCMC presented the decision to appoint directors and deputy directors to 7 newly established departments.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance is headed by Ms. Le Thi Huynh Mai. The seven Deputy Directors include: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thao, Ms. Tran Thi Mai Phuong, Mr. Dinh Khac Huy, Mr. Quach Ngoc Tuan, Mr. Do Dang Ai and Mr. Pham Trung Kien.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs is directed by Mr. Vo Ngoc Quoc Thuan. The four Deputy Directors include: Mr. Nguyen Bac Nam, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Tham, Ms. Luong Thi Toi and Ms. Phan Kieu Thanh Huong.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction is headed by Mr. Tran Hoang Quan. The five Deputy Directors include: Mr. Pham Minh Man, Mr. Huynh Thanh Khiet, Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuc, Mr. Truong Trung Kien and Mr. Phan Van Tuan.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport, with Mr. Tran Quang Lam continuing to hold the position of Director. The four Deputy Directors include: Mr. Bui Hoa An, Mr. Vo Khanh Hung, Mr. Dang Phu Thanh and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Loi.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology is headed by Mr. Lam Dinh Thang. The three Deputy Directors include: Mr. Le Thanh Minh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hue and Mr. Vo Minh Thanh.

The Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Nguyen Duy Tan, was appointed as Director. The five Deputy Directors include: Mr. Tran Xuan Dien, Mr. Huynh Van Hong Ngoc, Ms. Dang Thi Tuyet Mai, Mr. Tang Phuoc Loc and Mr. Dinh Van Hoa.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City, with Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang continuing to hold the position of Director, will continue to hold the position of Director. The seven Deputy Directors include: Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhut, Mr. Vo Trung Truc, Mr. Huynh Van Thanh, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang, Mr. Duong Duc Trong, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoai Phu and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh My.

In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also appointed leaders of a number of other departments: Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoi to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; Mr. Nguyen Tang Minh as Deputy Director of the Department of Health; Ms. Huynh Le Nhu Trang was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training.
