1- The Central Audit Committee decides to enforce discipline

II- Considering the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Block on disciplining violating party members, the Central Audit Committee found:

III- Reviewing the Report recommending disciplinary action against some violating Party members at the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, the Central Audit Committee found:
Individuals: Phan Doan Thai, former Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Xa Duong Thang, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Construction, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Bac Binh District, Binh Thuan province has degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; violating Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned responsibilities and tasks; violating the regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, frustrating public opinion, and very negatively affecting the reputation of party organizations, agencies, work units, and level that must be considered and disciplined.
Based on the Party's regulations, the Central Inspection Committee requested competent authorities to consider and discipline the individuals: Phan Doan Thai and Xa Duong Thang.
IV- Continue to implement the conclusions of the Central Audit Committee at the 40th Session for the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee and a number of related party organizations and party members; Based on the Party's regulations, the Central Inspection Committee decides to enforce discipline:
