At the same time, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will also spend time visiting and learning about the lives of overseas Vietnamese in China.

The Prime Minister will focus on promoting cooperation areas in line with Vietnam's development priorities in the new context. In particular, promoting traditional strengths such as trade - import and export of goods and services, strengthening hard infrastructure - soft infrastructure linkages, sustainable and effective management and use of cross-border water resources; at the same time, actively seeking resources to develop great potentials such as science and technology, innovation, intelligence, digital transformation, green transformation, serving the socio-economic development process of Vietnam as well as realizing Vietnam's commitments on sustainable development and emission reduction.

According to VNA, on the afternoon of November 5, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation offered flowers and visited the President Ho Chi Minh historical relic site in Kunming city. As the founder of the Vietnam-China friendship, throughout his revolutionary career, wherever he was and in whatever position he held, President Ho Chi Minh always had good feelings for the Party, State and People of China. His name has been associated with many places in China, touching people's hearts, becoming a vivid symbol of the Vietnam-China friendship. The President Ho Chi Minh historical relic site in Kunming city is one of them.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh was introduced by the leaders of the Relic Site Management Board to the precious artifacts, images and documents that have been carefully preserved, recreating the time when President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked here from February to October 1940 before returning home to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution.

Signing the golden book of souvenirs, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his emotion when visiting the relic site, affirming that this is a valuable historical relic, demonstrating the tradition of solidarity and attachment of the revolutions of the two Parties and two countries of Vietnam and China.

The Vietnamese Government sincerely thanks the Party Committee, Government and People of Yunnan Province for respectfully preserving the relic site; affirming that this will always be a "red address" for people, especially the young generation of the two countries, to study, thereby actively contributing to fostering the friendship "both comrades and brothers" between Vietnam and China to be forever green and sustainable.
