Accordingly, reviewing the inspection conclusion when there were signs of violations against Mr. Trinh Van Thuong and Trinh Van Khang (both holding the positions of Member of the Executive Committee of the Yen Bong Commune Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Vice Chairman of the Yen Bong Commune People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term), the Inspection Committee of Lac Thuy District Party Committee found that:
Regarding Mr. Trinh Van Thuong, in his position as Vice Chairman of Yen Bong Commune People's Committee, assigned to be in charge of Manh Tien 1 Village Party Cell, he arbitrarily directed the settlement of the matter related to the amount of money Mr. Trinh Van Khang gave to bid for public land managed by the commune in violation of regulations. The handling was not in accordance with the principles and regulations of the Party and the laws of the State, lacking in transparency and democracy, causing the emergence of petitions.
As for Mr. Trinh Van Khang, in the management and use of land (public land managed by the commune), he leased it against regulations, violating the 2013 Land Law; the process of resolving the matter was not in accordance with the principles and regulations of the Party and the laws of the State; he did not comply with the principles of organization and operation of the Party in self-criticism and criticism.
Pursuant to Party regulations, the Lac Thuy District Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to review and discipline Mr. Trinh Van Thuong and Trinh Van Khang according to regulations.
In addition, through reviewing the conclusion of asset and income verification for 10 party members under the management of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee (Yen Bong Commune Party Committee, Party Cell of the Department of Education and Training and Party Cell of the Construction Project Management Board), the result is that 9 people whose assets and income are supervised all have complete, honest and clear declarations, with no signs of dishonest declarations.
As for Mr. Trinh Van Thuong, the verification process showed signs of dishonest declaration in explaining changes in assets and income (increase, decrease) when there were changes in assets such as residential land and agricultural land.
The Lac Thuy District Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to inspect when there were signs of violations against Mr. Thuong to clarify responsibilities and strictly handle them according to Party regulations and State laws.
