Information from the National Assembly Office said that tomorrow (June 10), the 3rd session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will open in Hanoi.
It is expected that Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man will deliver the opening speech of the meeting.
After that, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider and give opinions on the draft Ordinance amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Ordinance on the Order on procedures for considering and deciding on the application of administrative handling measures at the People's Court (TAND).
At the same time, consider and give opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 81/2025/UBTVQH15 on the establishment of Provincial People's Courts and Regional People's Courts; stipulating the scope of jurisdiction according to the territory of Provincial People's Courts and Regional People's Courts.
Also in the morning, the National Assembly Standing Committee considered and approved the Resolution on evaluating and ranking the quality of the Professional Department and building and managing the position of civil servants of the Professional Department of the Ethnic Council and Committees of the National Assembly.
In the afternoon working session, the National Assembly Standing Committee considered and approved the Resolution on the preparation, appraisal, and decision of the 5-year national financial plan, the medium-term public investment plan of state budget capital, the state budget estimate, the central budget allocation plan and the approval of the annual state budget finalization.
In particular, consider and approve the Resolution on the principles and criteria for dividing value-added tax (VAT) for each locality in the period 2027 - 2030.
The National Assembly Standing Committee will also give opinions on the draft Supervision Plan and Supervision Outline "The implementation of policies and laws on management and use of workplaces after implementing the policy of arranging organizational structures, apparatus and administrative units".
At the 3rd Session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will also consider the report on the work of people's petitions of the National Assembly in May 2026.
