Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee and the Ministry of Home Affairs conduct public consultation on individuals proposed for consideration of awarding the title.
Previously, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee received Document No. 287/TTr-UBND dated December 12, 2024 of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province to submit to the Prime Minister for consideration and proposal to the President to award the title "Hero of Labor" in the renovation period to the people and cadres of Dien Bien ward, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province.
In order to have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 13/BTDKT-P.I requesting to collect public opinions within 10 working days for the collective submitted for consideration and award of the title "Labor Hero" in the above-mentioned renovation period.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that comments should be sent to the Central Emulation and Rewards Council, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi before January 16, 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the Central Emulation and Rewards Council.
