On November 23, according to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, pursuant to Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Public Security organized a public consultation on the consideration of commendation for collectives and individuals.
Awarding the Third Class Medal of Honor to:
Department of Environmental Crime Prevention and Control, Ministry of Public Security;
Colonel Bui Duc An - Deputy Director of Soc Trang Provincial Police (former Head of the Department of Environmental Crime Prevention in the fields of health, food safety, tourism services - Department of Environmental Crime Prevention Police, Ministry of Public Security).
Awarded Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister to:
Lieutenant Colonel Mai Quang Khai - officer of the Department of Environmental Crime Prevention in the fields of health, food safety, and tourism services - Department of Environmental Crime Prevention, Ministry of Public Security;
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Dinh Van - officer of the Department of Environmental Crime Prevention in the fields of health, food safety, tourism services - Department of Environmental Crime Prevention Police, Ministry of Public Security.
