The Politburo and the Secretariat have just issued conclusions No. 160-KL/TW dated May 31, 2025 on the implementation of the task of organizing the organizational structure and administrative unit, ensuring the progress and requirements according to the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Government, the Politburo, the Secretariat.
Accordingly, in conclusion No. 160, the Politburo, the Secretariat assigned the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, the central organizations to urgently issue guidelines for the organization of the organizational structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency, the provincial and communal mass organizations, specific orientation on the authority, ending the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the provincial, district and commune levels for the merger and consolidation of the locality to unify the localities; completed within the first week of June 6, 2025;
At the same time, it must be fully and promptly performed the assigned tasks in the Plan 47 -KH/BCDD in 2025 of the Central Steering Committee to summarize the Resolution 18 (especially the local guidance to arrange socio -political organizations, the mass associations assigned by the Party and the State under the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the provincial and commune levels with the merger
Also in this conclusion, the Politburo and the Secretariat assigned Party committees, agencies and units at the central level and provincial and municipal Party committees to strengthen leadership and direction of organizing Party congresses at all levels to ensure the right progress, requirements according to Directive 45-CT/TW of the Politburo and guiding documents of the Central Committee.
Assign the Document Subcommittee and the 14th National Party Congress's Socio-Economic Subcommittee to direct and guide the development of congress documents at the provincial and commune levels subject to merger and consolidation, ensuring consistency and unity in developing new targets and synthesizing, comparing and analyzing data comprehensively.
