Organizing the exam
- Time: Expected exam in December 2024.
- Location: Expected at Building C3 Phuong Liet, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City.
- Round 1: Preliminary screening of documents (candidates who pass the preliminary round will be able to participate in Round 2).
- Round 2:
a/ Organize an interview (including a professional essay test lasting no more than 30 minutes) for candidates who meet the recruitment requirements and standards regarding professional qualifications and 3 years or more of experience in the IT field or candidates who graduated from a regular university with good, excellent or excellent grades from leading IT universities such as: Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Posts and Telecommunications, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, FPT University...
b/ Organize written and interview exams for the remaining cases.
Candidate requirements
- People who meet the standards of quality, professional ethics; qualifications and professional capacity according to the requirements of the position and job title to be recruited.
- Clear resume certified by a competent state agency within no more than 6 months from the date of application submission.
- Be healthy enough to undertake the job, with a certificate issued by a health authority within 12 months from the date of application. After being accepted, a health check must be performed as required by Agribank.
- Not being under criminal prosecution, serving a sentence, being imprisoned, being reformed without detention, being placed under probation, being subject to local educational measures or being sent to a medical facility, reformatory facility, etc.
- Candidates must have graduated from a regular university, majoring in information technology, suitable for the recruitment position. Job descriptions for each recruitment position are developed by the recruiting units:

+ Job position: Technology Department.
+ Job position: Card Center.
- Foreign language proficiency: Candidates must complete foreign language proficiency according to Agribank's regulations if recruited.
Interest
- Receive monthly salary according to Agribank regulations; Minimum salary from 25 million.
- Receive additional income based on work results and according to Agribank regulations.
