Through the Cooperation Agreement, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) and KiotViet will deploy collection services via identified accounts for corporate customers and small traders on KiotViet software, creating a QR code payment utility for buyers, supporting sellers to effectively manage sales in the digital space.
Other banking products such as online payment acceptance services (e-com), online lending, debit and credit cards, online payment and financial management services will continue to be deployed to promote digital transformation for customers on the KiotViet platform.
At the same time, to mark this cooperation event, BIDV and KiotViet have jointly launched a promotional program with many attractive incentives for customers who register to use BIDV services integrated on KiotViet software.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Do Thi Thanh Huyen - Director of BIDV Wholesale Product Policy Department - emphasized: "The combination of BIDV's pioneering financial banking solutions and KiotViet's smart sales management platform will bring practical value to customers, promote cashless payment activities and apply digital technology in business activities in the Vietnamese market".

Being a pioneer bank in leading the open banking trend in Vietnam with the launch of BIDV Open API system in November 2023. To date, there have been nearly 250,000 API calls, 750 accounts, and 150 partners registered for integration.
The system also opens up cooperation opportunities between BIDV and many software development partners, fintech, bigtech, supporting the acceleration of banking service integration onto new digital platforms.
