In the field of construction and installation, Deo Ca is currently focusing on implementing a series of projects to open the route by the end of this year, such as the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway phase 1 (more than 14,000 billion VND) over 93km long, the Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon expressway (more than 20,400 billion VND) over 88km long, the coastal road connecting Lien Chieu port (more than 1,203 billion VND) over 3km long.
In addition to completing existing projects in 2025, in the period of 2026 - 2030, HHV and Deo Ca Group (parent company) have proactively prepared resources to be ready to participate in investing in the largest projects ever, creating a huge workload in the new growth period.
The Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong - My Thuan Expressway Phase 2 with a total investment of more than VND 41,372 billion is expected to start construction in the fourth quarter of 2025, and be completed in 2028. The project has a total length of more than 96km, of which the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong section will be expanded from 4 to 8 lanes with a speed of 120km/h, the Trung Luong - My Thuan section will be expanded from 4 lanes to 6 lanes with a speed of 100km/h. The expressway aims to solve the current traffic overload situation, while forming a complete transportation network in the key economic region of the South and the Mekong Delta.
With the Red River Landscape Avenue super project in Hanoi, with a total estimated investment capital of up to VND 338,000 billion, the goal is to start construction in the first quarter of 2026. The project includes 2 road routes running on both sides of the Red River with a total length of more than 92km, starting from Hong Ha bridge to Me So bridge. Along with that is the urban railway (monorail) with a total length of more than 85km studying the orientation of the road along both sides of the Red River.
The Red River Landscape Avenue is not only a traffic project but also plans about 3,300 hectares to develop green space including 08 open parks - ecological parks and 12 theme parks, public areas, turning the riverside area into a unique landscape - service - tourism highlight of the capital.
To realize the "Red River miracle", Deo Ca has organized many international working trips to learn from experience in riverside urban planning, especially the "Hanoi River miracle" in Seoul (Korea) and water trility solutions in the Truong Giang River (China). In particular, the research on dual-use TBM (Tunnel Boring machine) technical solutions has been successfully applied in some countries around the world. The tunnel is designed to both serve traffic and support water storage and flood drainage to prevent flooding in the inner city, while minimizing land clearance costs and preserving natural landscapes.
For the North - South Expressway Phase 2, Deo Ca has also proposed expanding some sections of the route with a total length of nearly 700km, with a total investment of nearly VND82,000 billion (excluding interest) under the PPP form.
