The head office of Vikki Digital Bank is located at: 72 Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam according to Decision No. 237/QD-NHNN dated February 14, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam.
