Total consolidated revenue reached VND12,000 billion, pre-tax profit reached VND1,800 billion, equivalent to 189% of the yearly plan. PVTrans also paid VND560 billion to the state budget, demonstrating its superiority in the volatile global shipping market.
That was the focus of the report of Mr. Nguyen Duyen Hieu - General Director of PVTrans - at the Conference to summarize production and business activities in 2024, deploy tasks and plans for 2025 and the Labor Conference, taking place on December 19, in Ho Chi Minh City.
PVTrans General Director said that in 2024, the company has grown significantly by investing in 8 new ships, increasing charter capital from VND 3,236 billion to VND 3,560 billion, thereby strengthening financial capacity and expanding operations.

In addition to business activities, PVTrans affirms its responsibility to the community through social security activities, totaling 25.2 billion VND by 2024. Here, PVTrans commits to protecting the rights of workers, focusing on improving spiritual life and spreading the spirit of humanity.

PVTrans Union not only participates in amending labor regulations but also organizes cultural and sports activities, creating a united and professional working environment. PVTrans sets a target of 2025 revenue of VND 10,300 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 1,200 billion.
PVTrans will continue to develop corporate culture associated with the core values of the group. The company pays special attention to social security work, contributing to building the corporate image.
For sustainable development, Mr. Pham Viet Anh said that PVTrans needs to focus on four key tasks: strengthening management capacity, improving the system of regulations; building a team of highly qualified staff; improving corporate culture; promoting innovation.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Manh Cuong - Deputy General Director of Petrovietnam - shared about the outstanding achievements that Petrovietnam has achieved in the past year; in which he pointed out the important role of the service sector in the operational structure of the Oil and Gas industry.

Petrovietnam Deputy General Director - Mr. Le Manh Cuong - emphasized the need to optimize the value chain within Petrovietnam to reduce costs and create added value.
He also mentioned leveraging international fleet and network, expanding market share.
