Vietnam Airlines has just been honored by APEX as a "Five Star Major Airline".

This is the second consecutive year Vietnam Airlines has received this prestigious international title.

The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) awards the title based on the evaluation of passenger experiences on millions of flights worldwide. In addition to considering service quality, this year's results also highly appreciate Vietnam Airlines' ability to connect international passengers to Vietnam through good flight experiences.

This is a continuation of the success of 2023, when Vietnam Airlines was honored by APEX as a "5-star international airline".

The APEX award is only valid for 2 years, requiring airlines to continuously improve their customer experience to maintain and continue to achieve this title.

This not only demonstrates the airline's efforts to improve customer experience, but also affirms the position of Vietnam's aviation industry in the international arena.

Sharing about the award, Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines said: “We are very happy and proud to be honored by APEX as an “Excellent 5-star Airline” based on the reviews of millions of global passengers.

This is the result of the continuous efforts of the National Airline. This award will be a motivation for us to continue to improve the quality of service, bringing customers the best flight experiences. We would like to express our sincere thanks to our customers who have always trusted and accompanied Vietnam Airlines.”

To bring perfect flight experiences to customers, Vietnam Airlines constantly improves and upgrades services and products.

The airline is proud to own one of the youngest and most modern fleets in Asia, gathering the most advanced aircraft lines today such as Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Airbus A350, Airbus A321neo...

At the same time, the airline is also synchronously implementing service enhancements with activities such as optimizing airport amenities, applying sustainable aviation fuel, and cooperating with international airlines to expand its flight network and enhance customer experience.

Vietnam Airlines is also proud to be a bridge to introduce the quintessence of Vietnamese culture. Through publications, in-flight videos or meals with a strong Vietnamese culinary style, the airline has contributed to promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam to international friends, while creating unique cultural discovery journeys for each passenger.

Winning the “5-star Airline of Excellence” award has affirmed Vietnam Airlines’ position among major airlines around the world. Other prominent airlines also awarded 5-star status by APEX include Korean Air, Lufthansa, Delta Air Lines… These are all world-renowned airlines, outstanding in providing high-quality flight experiences.

Previously, Vietnam Airlines has continuously achieved many other prestigious international awards such as: "Asia's Leading Airline for Economy Class", "Asia's Leading Airline for Cultural Identity", "Asia's Leading Airline for Cabin Crew Services" and "Asia's Leading Airline for In-flight Magazine" by World Travel Awards; Top 20 Best Airlines in the World by Airline Ratings; Top 5 Most Punctual Airlines in Asia-Pacific by Cirium Data Organization...

APEX is a non-profit organization representing the world's leading airlines and suppliers, regularly conducting surveys and evaluating customer experiences to contribute to improving the quality of in-flight services. Every year, APEX cooperates with the International Flight Services Association (IFSA) and Future Travel Experience (FTE) to rank airlines based on the evaluation results through passenger experiences. The results are collected by APEX's partner Triplt - the world's best travel management support application.
