Ms. Loan added that if customers have a need to sell during the waiting time to receive the silver, they will have to sell the entire amount of silver that has been ordered on the invoice, not separated.
Mr. Ngo The Minh (Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi) said that at the beginning of January, he had come to buy many times but had to leave empty-handed because the store announced it was out of stock, sometimes only limiting sales to 5kg per person.
Today, although the number of customers is still quite large, buying silver is more convenient. The store sells unlimitedly. I just bought 1kg. Customers must pay 100% of the order value and are scheduled to return the goods in May 2026" - Mr. Minh shared.
