The total construction area is 352 m2, the total usable area is 740 m2, with a total investment of 4.2 billion VND from the enterprise's capital. The project consists of 2 floors: the first floor is the working rooms of the technical department specializing in researching and developing new products; the second floor includes the kitchen and dining room that can serve 400 people and serve cultural, artistic, conference and seminar activities for the company's staff, union members and workers.
