Article 9, Circular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training provides for tutoring and tutoring (effective from 14.2.2025) stipulating the responsibility of the Department of Education and Training as follows as follows :

1. Assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies to advise the provincial People's Committee to promulgate regulations on local tutoring and tutoring.

2. Guide and organize the implementation of regulations on tutoring and extra classes for schools, organizations and individuals related to the scope of management in the area.

3. Organizing or coordinating with relevant agencies to organize inspection and examination of tutoring and tutoring activities in the management area; handling according to their competence or requesting competent agencies to handle violations.

Thus, the responsibilities of the Department of Education and Training on tutoring are prescribed as above.
