Article 6 of the Law on forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots stipulates the following prohibited acts:
1. Using forces to protect security and order at the facility contrary to the provisions of this Law or to commit acts that violate the law.
2. Taking advantage and abusing the duty to protect security and order at the grassroots to commit acts of violating the law, harassing, infringing on the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations, individual.
3. Impersonating forces participating in protecting security and order at the facility.
4. Insulting, threatening, obstructing, or opposing forces participating in protecting security and order at the facility while performing their duties.
5. Illegally producing, buying, selling, storing, using, possessing, counterfeiting, pawning costumes, badges, signs, and certificates of forces participating in protecting security and order at the base.
Thus, the prohibited acts for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots are stipulated as above.
