Office of Legal Consulting of Lao Dong Newspaper replied:

Article 24 of the 2024 Land Law (effective from August 2024) stipulates the right to access land information as follows:

1. Citizens have access to the following land information:

a) Land use planning, plans, and plans related to land use have been decided and approved by competent state agencies;

b) Results of land statistics and inventories;

c) Land allocation and lease;

d) The land price list has been announced;

d) Compensation, support and resettlement plan when the State reclaims land has been approved by competent authorities;

e) Results of inspection, examination, and settlement of land disputes; results of settlement of complaints and denunciations about land, results of handling of violations of land laws;

g) Administrative procedures on land;

h) Legal documents on land;

i) Other land information as prescribed by law.

2. Access to land information shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Law, the law on access to information and other relevant legal provisions.

Thus, people have the right to access land information as prescribed above.
