2. The Provincial People's Committee submits to the People's Council at the same level to decide the spending level for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots as prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article in accordance with socio-economic conditions. local association.
Thus, localities are responsible for spending the above amounts on forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots.
