Loan dossiers for businesses expanding jobs

Article 9 of Decree 338/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Employment on policies to support job creation (effective from January 1, 2026) stipulates loan applications for production and business establishments as follows:

1. Plan to use loan capital according to the model issued by the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

2. Documents proving that they are eligible for loans with lower interest rates as prescribed in point a, clause 3, Article 9 of Law No. 74/2025/QH15 (if any), including:

a) List of employees of production and business establishments as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 3 of this Decree, which clearly states employees in the following cases: people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, people who have completed their prison sentences, people who have completed their decisions to be sent to compulsory education institutions, people who have completed their decisions to be sent to compulsory drug rehabilitation centers;

b) Copies of documents proving priority subjects: Disability confirmation for employees who are disabled; Documents issued by competent authorities proving information about ethnicity or photocopy of information about ethnicity in the level 02 electronic identification account for employees who are ethnic minorities; Certificate of completion of imprisonment for employees who have completed imprisonment; Certificate of completion of decision to be admitted to compulsory education institution for employees who have completed decision to be admitted to compulsory education institution; Certificate of completion of decision to be admitted to compulsory rehabilitation center for employees who have completed decision to be admitted to compulsory rehabilitation center.

3. Documents related to collateral for loans over 200 million VND.

Thus, businesses maintaining and expanding jobs that want to borrow capital need to prepare dossiers according to the above regulations.
