The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:
Article 6 of the Law on Forces Participating in Security and Order Protection at the Grassroots Level stipulates the following prohibited acts:
1. Using forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level contrary to the provisions of this Law or committing acts that violate the law.
2. Taking advantage of the task of protecting security and order at the grassroots level to commit acts of violation of the law, harassment, and infringement on the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.
3. Impersonating forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.
4. Insult, threaten, obstruct, or resist forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level while performing their duties.
5. Illegally manufacturing, trading, storing, using, or possessing, forging, or mortgaging uniforms, badges, badges, signs, and certificates of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.
Thus, the prohibited acts for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level are stipulated as above.
