Article 6 of the 2024 Land Law stipulates that the person responsible to the State for land use is as follows:
1. Legal representative of domestic organizations, foreign-invested economic organizations; head of foreign organizations with diplomatic functions for the use of land of their organizations.
2. Presidents of commune -level People's Committees for agricultural land use for public use; Non -agricultural land has been assigned to the People's Committee of the commune to use for the purpose of building the headquarters of the People's Committee, the public works to serve cultural, educational, health, physical training, sports, entertainment, markets, markets, cemeteries and other public works of communes, wards and townships; Religious land, belief land has not been assigned and used.
3. The representative of the community is the village chief, hamlet, hamlet, hamlet, hamlet, hamlet, hamlet, hamlet, residential group and similar residential area or a person appointed by the community.
4. Representatives of religious organizations and affiliated religious organizations for the use of land of religious organizations and affiliated religious organizations.
5. Individuals and people of Vietnamese origin residing abroad for their land use.
6. A person with shared land use rights or a representative of a group of people with shared land use rights for that land use.
Thus, the person responsible to the State for the use of the land is specified as above.
