b) Organization and operation of the people's armed forces, weak forces;

c) Projects and objectives on national defense, security, and cryptography; types of weapons, equipment, means, and logistical materials that determine the country's defense capabilities, protect national security, and ensure social order and safety; cryptographic products of cryptography, and cryptography communication networks;

d) Information on the planning of the system of national defense works, cryptography, military zones, ammunition depots, logistics material depots, defense industry, and security.

Thus, the scope of state secret information on national defense, security, and cryptography includes the above regulations.
