3. Make a contract to provide social work services with organizations and individuals in need according to the provisions of law.
4. Independent social workers are entitled to remuneration according to the agreed contract. The remuneration is agreed upon in the signed contract with the subject according to the principle of correct and sufficient calculation based on the following factors: Content and nature of social work services; time and effort that the social worker uses to perform social work services; experience and reputation of the practitioner; travel expenses, accommodation and other reasonable expenses for providing social work services.
