First uniform of security guard at the facility

Office of Legal Consulting of Lao Dong Newspaper replied:

Clause 1, Article 3 of Decree 40/2024/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level stipulates the uniform of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as follows:

a) The uniform model of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level is specified in Appendix I attached to this Decree, including: Spring-summer uniform (spring-summer clothes, long-sleeved spring-summer shirts); autumn-winter uniform (cotton hat with badge, autumn-winter clothes, warm coat, shirt, tie); soft hat with badge; hard hat with badge; helmet; belt; leather shoes; plastic sandals; socks; raincoat;

Autumn and winter uniforms are provided to forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in localities from Thua Thien Hue to the North and the Central Highlands provinces. The remaining localities are provided with autumn and winter uniforms when needed.

In case you do not have autumn and winter clothes, you can replace them with 01 set of spring and summer clothes (standard 01 year/01 set) and 01 long-sleeved spring and summer shirt (standard 02 years/01 piece).

Thus, those participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level are equipped with uniforms for the first time according to the above regulations.
