Procedure for paying sick benefits to security guards at the facility

Clause 5, Article 5 of Decree 40/2024/ND-CP stipulates conditions, levels of support, order, procedures and responsibilities to ensure funding to pay regimes and policies for participants in the participating forces. a) The person requesting support for sickness, accident, or injury or the legal representative shall prepare 01 set of documents as prescribed in Clause 4 of this Article and submit it to the Commune People's Committee or the Committee. District People's Committee in one of the following forms: Direct submission; through postal services; hiring services from businesses and individuals; Submit online at the National Public Service Portal or the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System;

b) The Commune-level People's Committee or District-level People's Committee is responsible for organizing the receipt and examination of documents. In case the dossier is not valid, you must be responsible for providing immediate guidance to complete it. Within 02 working days from the date of receiving complete and valid documents, the receiving agency will transfer the documents to the district-level Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for appraisal;

c) The district-level Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is responsible for evaluating the dossier within 05 working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid dossier. In case the dossier does not meet the conditions for resolution, the appraisal agency must respond in writing, clearly stating the reason;

d) Within 02 working days from the date the district-level Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs reports the dossier is eligible for processing, the Chairman of the district People's Committee shall issue a decision to pay support costs. Assisting in medical examination and treatment for people who are sick, have accidents, or are injured;

d) Within 03 working days from the date the Chairman of the District People's Committee issues the decision to pay the costs, the Commune People's Committee is responsible for paying the medical examination and treatment costs for the patient. people who are sick, have accidents, or are injured; Where there is no commune-level administrative unit, payments are made by the District Police; Payment can be made by bank transfer or by post or directly received at the paying agency.

Thus, the order for paying sick benefits for security and order protectors at the facility is prescribed as above.
