28. University of Transport
Dr. Pham Thanh Ha, Head of Training Department of the University of Transport, said that the school plans to maintain the general training target for the entire school but will adjust it to prioritize training programs/majors related to the fields of high-speed railways and urban railways as well as the field of microchips and semiconductors.
Regarding the admission method and combination, the school will keep it stable as last year, however, after the 2025 admission regulations are officially issued, the school will make appropriate adjustments to ensure fairness and efficiency in admission.
27. International University - Ho Chi Minh City National University
In 2025, the International University - Ho Chi Minh City National University plans to reduce the admission methods according to the orientation of Ho Chi Minh City National University to 3 methods as follows: Direct admission; Admission based on the results of the Competency Assessment Test organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University; Admission based on the results of the high school exam. At the same time, Ho Chi Minh City National University encourages units to develop combined admission methods.
26. Gia Dinh University
In 2025, Gia Dinh University plans to reserve 65% of its enrollment quota for considering transcripts. Based on the draft regulations, the school will use the results of the semesters in grades 11 and 12.
In addition, the school will use a new combination that closely follows the 2018 General Education Program.
25. Lac Hong University
In 2025, Lac Hong University will reserve 20% for high school graduation exam scores, 10% for school capacity assessment, Ho Chi Minh City National University and V-SAT.
The subject group for graduation exam scores must also include math or literature with the assessment weight accounting for at least 1/3 of the total score as proposed by the Ministry.
24. Yersin University Dalat
In 2025, the School plans to recruit 1,756 students for 17 majors with 3 admission methods, including:
Method 1: Consider high school graduation exam scores (55 - 60% of total quota)
Method 2: Consider the assessment test scores of Ho Chi Minh City National University (5 - 10%)
Method 3: Review of academic records (35 - 40%).
In the high school transcript review method, the school plans to use the average score of grade 12 according to the subject combination or the graduation score of the candidate. The subject combinations will be based on the subjects of math, literature, English, and at the same time, add subject combinations with technology, economic education and law to consider admission for suitable majors.
