- Method 2: Admission based on academic results at the high school level (class records)

+ Specific input thresholds for training majors will be announced by Hue University and Law University after the Ministry of Education and Training announces input thresholds for teacher training programs, training programs in the field of health with practicing licenses, and training programs in the field of law.
+ Entrance threshold is implemented according to the provisions of Article 9 of the current Enrollment Regulations for training programs in the field of law.
Meanwhile, the entrance threshold for the high school transcript-based admission method (using the general average score of academic results for the whole year of grades 10, 11, 12 according to the admission subject combination, using a 30-point scale) of Pham Van Dong University in 2026 is as follows:
- Bachelor's degree in teacher training group:
+ The average general academic results for the whole year of grade 12 are assessed as good (good academic performance or higher) and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to the admission combination (or using the scores of Math, Literature and another exam subject) reaches 18.8 points or higher or the high school graduation consideration score reaches 8.50 points or higher.
- University level not belonging to the teacher training industry group:
+ For candidates who have graduated from high school before 2026: The total score of 3 subjects according to the admission subject combination plus priority points reaches at least 15 points;
+ For high school graduates in 2026: Having a total score of 3 subjects (according to the subject combination for admission) of grade 12 must reach 15 points or higher and at the same time have a total score of 03 subjects in the high school graduation exam (vocational high school exam for vocational high school students) according to the subject combination for admission (or using the exam scores of Math, Literature and another subject) reaching at least 15.00 points according to the 30-point scale.
The admission method based on academic results at the high school level is also used by Quang Binh University in the 2026 enrollment season.
- The input quality assurance threshold for majors is implemented according to the provisions of Article 9 of the enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the regulations of the University.
- The subject score in the admission combination is the general average score of the academic results for the whole year of grades 10, 11, 12;
The school notes: For the Department of Preschool Education and the Department of Physical Education: Admission based on the results of the high school graduation exam or based on academic results at the high school level (academic records) combined with the aptitude test organized by Quang Binh University.
