The People's Security Academy announces the additional admission to the new regular university in 2025 as follows:
1. Number of additional indicators:
Total additional targets: 02 targets South (Northern region from Hue city and above) methods 2, 3, Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (7860114).
2. Subjects and conditions for admission:
- Campaigants of the male gender who are eligible and have participated in the People's Public Security entrance exam in 2025 but have not been admitted to the People's Public Security school, have not been admitted or have not yet enrolled in schools outside the People's Public Security industry in 2025.
- Candidates participating in the admission process must ensure the combination, assessment test code, and zoning of admission area allowed to be admitted to the People's Security Academy. Ensure the threshold of input quality according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
3. Admission documents:
- Photocopy of notarized ID card/Citizen identification card;
- Photocopy of the 2025 high school exam results;
- Photocopy of the Notice of Exam Scores of the Ministry of Public Security;
- Additional admission registration form.
4. Time and method of receiving documents:
- Time to receive documents: From October 21, 2025 to before 5:00 p.m. on October 27, 2025.
- Receiving method: Receive directly at the Department of Training and Advanced Training Management, People's Security Academy (No. 125 Tran Phu, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi City). Candidates living far from Hanoi can send their application via express delivery (express) to the above address, in this case, the deadline is calculated according to the time on the postmark and the Academy must receive it before 5:00 p.m. on October 27, 2025.
5. Admission methods and procedures:
- Follow Instruction No. 18/HD-BCA-X02 dated March 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security on 2025 enrollment instructions and prioritize admission according to the announcement of the competent unit.
- Candidates registering for a maximum of 03 (three) wishes for admission according to school codes and major codes. The priority order for admission is according toattered Aspirations 1, Aspirations 2, Aspirations 3. Priority is given to admission for majors and schools that are admitted for the first time.
- In case there are no candidates eligible for admission according to each method, the admission method will be applied according to the assessment test score from high to low until the quota is exhausted. The admission score for the Ministry of Public Security's entrance exam is based on a scale of 100 plus regional priority points, priority subjects according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and reward points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
The calculation formula is as follows:
DXT = BTBCA + DC*10/3, in which:
+ DXT: admission score
+ BTBCA: scores of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test
+ CC: regional priority plus points, priority subjects and reward points
In case the candidate has the same admission score, if all of them are taken, it will exceed the allocated quota, then the admission will be considered in the following order:
- First, consider candidates with scores in the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test from high to low to meet the criteria.
- Second, consider candidates with scores from the Ministry of Public Security's multiple-choice test to meet the criteria.
The Academy noted that in case all of the above criteria are considered but still exceed the target, the People's Security Academy will report to the Department of Training for gathering and report to the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for consideration and decision.
