Hanoi
Hanoi City organizes 5 fireworks display locations with 6 shooting locations combining both high and low altitudes, specifically:
- Hoan Kiem District (in front of the headquarters of Hanoi Moi Newspaper and Hanoi Post Office).
- Nam Tu Liem District (F1 racetrack campus, Phu Do ward).
- Ha Dong District (Van Quan Lake, Van Quan Ward).
- Son Tay Town (Son Tay Citadel).
- Dong Anh District (District Sports Center).
Lao Cai
Lao Cai has a low-altitude fireworks display at the Sa Pa Town Stadium. Before that, there will be a special art program to welcome the new year.
Hai Phong
On the occasion of New Year's Eve this year, Hai Phong City organized a low-altitude fireworks display at the City Theater, Tran Hung Dao Street, Hong Bang District.
Thanh Hoa
Thanh Hoa City People's Committee has deployed a plan to display fireworks to welcome the New Year 2025 at the Lam Son Square Flag Tower area, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province.
Quang Binh
Quang Binh province plans to organize two locations for New Year's Eve fireworks displays in combination with a New Year's Eve celebration in Phong Nha town (Bo Trach district) and Bao Ninh 1 - Regal Legend Urban Area (Bao Ninh commune, Dong Hoi city).
Thua Thien Hue
New Year 2025 has many special milestones for Hue people. The ceremony to announce Hue City becoming a city directly under the Central Government (expected) is scheduled to be held on December 31, 2024, at Ngo Mon Square.
Art program to welcome the new year 2025 and announce the Hue Festival 2025 series. Time: morning of January 1, 2025 at Ngo Mon Square.

Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa will organize a program to welcome the new year 2025 with many exciting art performances and entertainment activities. In particular, the low-altitude fireworks display will be arranged at two main locations: 2/4 Square (Tran Phu Street) and Tran Phu Bridge area.
Binh Thuan
Binh Thuan will launch fireworks to welcome the new year 2025 on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (the area between Nguyen Tat Thanh Park and the lake, Phan Thiet City). According to the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province, this fireworks display will include 90 low-altitude displays lasting no more than 15 minutes to serve local people and tourists.
Binh Duong
Binh Duong province will organize a low-altitude fireworks display (150 sets) at the Provincial Administrative Center area from 9:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. on December 31, 2024.
Ho Chi Minh City
According to the New Year's Eve plan announced by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the 2025 New Year's Eve fireworks display is expected to take place at two locations.
High-altitude fireworks display at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel (Mai Chi Tho Street, Thu Duc City). Low-altitude fireworks display at Dam Sen Cultural Park (No. 3, Hoa Binh Street, Ward 3, District 11).
Tay Ninh
Tay Ninh organizes the Hello 2025 art program at 7:30 p.m. on December 31, with a fireworks display at the square of the cable car station of Ba Den mountain.
In addition to the fireworks display and the leaf market selling traditional Southern cakes, the art exhibition with 1,200 lanterns made from Dong Ho paintings and folk paintings promises to create a unique art space on Ba Den Mountain.
Kien Giang
The highlight of New Year's Eve 2025 in Kien Giang is Phu Quoc with a series of countdown events.
