The lawyer emphasized that they did not try to connect non-existent information, but only recreated some conversations because it contained personal information.
In addition, lawyer Boo Ji Suk revealed the letter that Kim Sae Ron wrote to Kim Soo Hyun some time before she passed away.
In the letter, Kim Sae Ron hopes to resolve the misunderstanding with Kim Soo Hyun about why she posted an intimate photo of the two on Instagram in March 2024.

Lawyer Boo Ji Suk said that Kim Sae Ron's family could not attend the press conference because they were too worried, so he expressed his opinion on behalf of the family.
The lawyer stated: "Recently, issues related to the private life of the late actor Kim Sae Ron have been continuously exposed online every day, leading to countless speculations and criticisms aimed at the condolence family. As a result, family members suffered serious mental and physical pain.
The reason for today's press conference is to inform the public about the difficulties that the mourning family is suffering and request an end to criticize them. This is not an event to reveal why Kim Sae Ron is ending her life.
The family had no choice but to reveal the truth that Kim Soo Hyun had dated Kim Sae Ron since she was a minor, to sue YouTuber Lee Jin Ho, who spread false information about Kim Sae Ron, defame and mock her, eventually leading to her death.
However, Kim Soo Hyun initially denied dating Kim Sae Ron. Even after receiving further evidence to confirm their relationship, he continued to lie that they only dated when she was an adult, and did not issue an apology.
