Located on Son Tra peninsula, Linh Ung pagoda (or Linh Ung Bai But, Linh Ung Son Tra) is not only one of the important spiritual destinations of Da Nang people but also a tourist destination that attracts a lot of international tourists.
With harmonious natural scenery, unique Buddhist architecture and a peaceful atmosphere, this place has become an interesting destination for Western tourists.

Not only stands out with its giant statue, the pagoda also impresses with its large campus, in harmony between religious and natural architecture.
The pagoda itself has solid pillars, sophisticated dragon carvings, worshiping Buddha shak shaksan Maoni, Quan The Am and Dia Tang Vuong Bo Tam. In front is La Han garden with 18 solid white stone statues, vividly expressing human emotional states.
The most prominent in the Linh Ung Son Tra Pagoda complex is the Quan The Am statue, 67m high, a 35m diameter lotus tower, facing the sea, holding a seal and holding an orange jar. Inside, there are 17 towers, each floor worships a different form of Buddha, called "Buddha's Right-Fulfidence Buddha".

Matt Karlsven, a tourist from the UK, had the opportunity to visit Linh Ung Pagoda during a four-day tour in Da Nang.
Sharing with Lao Dong, Matt said he found Linh Ung Pagoda when searching for places to visit on the map and was immediately attracted.
I think this place is worth coming to, and I am really happy to experience it. It's great to see the scenery here - everything is beautiful and makes me feel happy and peaceful," Matt said.

What impressed Matt the most was the architecture and La Han statue garden. He was especially attracted by the diversity of the shapes and expressions of the stone statues.
Despite his lack of deep understanding of Buddhism, Matt is very interested in the reason why there are so many Buddha statues in the pagoda.
I was very curious about the meaning of each statue, and wondered what the hidden story behind them was. Each statue has a different pose and expression. I want to learn and learn more about this culture, Matt shared.

Regarding the scenery of Linh Ung Pagoda, Matt exclaimed: I also really like the trees here - everything is very fresh. I really admire how people take care of ornamental plants to create a space like this.
Meanwhile, Tatyana - a tourist from Russia, also had a good experience when coming to Linh Ung Pagoda.
She said she had heard many compliments from friends and local residents when she first set foot in Da Nang, and decided to come here to learn more about Vietnamese culture.
The architecture of the pagoda is really overwhelming. Compared to other places of worship in Russia, the architecture here is very different. Understanding that difference is very important for me," Tatyana shared.

Like Matt, Tatyana was overwhelmed by the natural scenery around the pagoda.
She did not hesitate to call Linh Ung and Da Nang pagodas the most beautiful places on the planet - where nature, religion and culture blend together to create an unforgettable experience.

Not only a spiritual destination for local people, Linh Ung Pagoda is gradually becoming a cultural bridge between Vietnam and international tourists.
Linh Ung Pagoda is located on Son Tra peninsula - known as the "green land" of Da Nang, about 15 minutes by car from the city center. Standing in the pagoda yard, visitors can see the whole city, the blue sea and the curved My Khe beach below.
