    Hanoi - The city will organize fireworks displays on April 22 in Nam Tu Liem district and April 27 in Hai Ba Trung district.

    The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize fireworks displays in the art and political program "Hen Thuong Bac Nam" and the live TV program "Vang Mai Khuc Khai Quyet".

The expected time is from 9:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 22.
