The company's leadership said they will strive to keep the artists going smoothly, while calling on fans to support and avoid spreading baseless rumors. The company also confirmed its compliance with the court's ruling in the contract dispute.
Previously, on October 30, 2025, the Seoul District Central Court - Civil Contract Department 41 issued a favorable ruling to ADOR, confirming the validity of the exclusive contract between the company and all 5 NewJeans members.
NewJeans later stated, As trust between the parties has completely collapsed, we cannot return to ADOR and continue operating normally and expected to appeal.
Haerin and Hyein's return to ADOR has caused public interest to shift to the possibility of the remaining two members - Minji, Danielle and Hanni deciding whether to continue under the company or not. If only two members re-unite, the group will enter a restructuring phase or operate in another format.
This marks an important shift in the relationship between the artist and the management company, and is also seen as a way to somewhat end the long-term contract dispute between NewJeans and ADOR.
